Mr. Martin practices in the area of food, drug and cosmetics law, with a background in patent and trademark law and business operations.

While in law school, Mr. Martin worked as research assistant for Professor David Super, a leading expert on U.S. Administrative Law.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Martin served as Chief Operations Officer for Patents Online, makers of FreePatentsOnline.com, the most popular patent search website in the world.  He was also Director of IT for Landon IP, providers of professional patent-related support to attorneys and industry professionals.

Mr. Martin has always enjoyed volleyball and has played for the Maryland Junior Olympic Boys team and the University of Maryland Men's Club Team. After his playing career, he began coaching, eventually becoming the Head Coach for the John's Hopkins University Men’s Club Team for several years.  He was also a nationally ranked volleyball referee, rising to officiate at the Division One collegiate and Junior Olympic levels.  In his spare time, Graham currently enjoys science fiction books and films, playing board and computer games, and watching soccer.  (He is an avid fan of Manchester United.)

Mr. Martin graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore, MD.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Towson University in Towson, MD.
