Export Certificates

Some foreign purchasers require certifications that demonstrate products intended for export may be lawfully sold in the U.S. or lawfully exported under U.S. law. These certificates are issued by the agencies having regulatory authority over the products.

FDAImports.com assists in obtaining such certificates from the U.S. federal agencies to facilitate importation into the foreign country. In addition, FDAImports.com can assist traders in obtaining official government authentication and consularization by U.S. and foreign consular officials prior to export. These certificates (and official authentications) may be requested or required by the foreign buyer or foreign customs agency.

FDAImports.com regularly identifies export requirements or restrictions for their clients to avoid violations of export laws and regulations.
