Electronic Registration Apps
FDA’s mission is to ensure that the products in its jurisdiction are safe, effective, and legally distributed. In order to better achieve these goals, FDA requires nearly all of the companies involved in the creation and distribution of these products to register their facilities. Some of these companies must then list their products with FDA, providing information about the products’ formulation, labeling, marketing, and processing, so that FDA has records of the products on the market. These records, and the records of the registrations, are used especially to track incoming products. Please note, during the registration process all facilities will need to submit a DUNS number. Companies may obtain a DUNS number for free from Dun & Bradstreet.
We have extensive experience dealing with the FDA's registration systems. For your convenience we have created this online portal to help you through the registration process. Our online portal will help you submit all the information necessary for registering your food facility, modifying your registration, requesting an official FDAImports registration certificate, and more.
- The process takes an average of 25 minutes.
- So that everything runs quickly and smoothly, we recommend that you have these pieces of information on hand before you begin:
- Full address and contact information for the facility you wish to register
- Alternate mailing/contact information, or parent company information, (if applicable)
- Previous facility registration number and PIN, if your facility has been previously registered
- The final step will take you to a Paypal portal, where you can enter credit card information or use your Paypal account.
